One Account Per Person

General Terms & Acceptance
These Terms & Conditions ("Agreement") constitute a legally binding contract between you ("Player", "User", "you") and portobet ("the Platform", "we", "us", "our"). By accessing or using any part of the portobet website — including browsing the game lobby, registering an account, making a deposit, placing a bet, or claiming a bonus — you acknowledge that you have read this Agreement in full and agree to be bound by all provisions contained herein.

This Agreement is written in English and the English version is the authoritative text for all purposes. In the event of any conflict or ambiguity arising from any translation, the English text shall prevail.

Governing Language & Interpretation
All communications between portobet and its players — including support correspondence, promotional materials, account notifications, and this Agreement — are conducted in English. Where any term in this Agreement is ambiguous, portobet's interpretation shall be final, subject to the good-faith principle of reasonable construction.
Severability
If any provision of this Agreement is found to be unenforceable or invalid under applicable law, that provision shall be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it enforceable, or severed from the Agreement if modification is not possible. The remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
Eligibility & Age Restriction
Use of the portobet platform is restricted to individuals who meet all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and at all subsequent times while the account remains active:
- You are at least 18 years of age. Players under 18 are strictly prohibited from registering, depositing, or wagering on portobet under any circumstances.
- You are accessing the platform as an individual private person, not on behalf of any business entity, syndicate, or group betting arrangement.
- You are not acting as an agent for, or on behalf of, any third party in relation to any betting or gaming activity on the platform.
- You are not currently subject to a self-exclusion order or voluntary exclusion arrangement on portobet or any affiliated platform.
- You are not a current or former employee, contractor, or immediate family member of an employee or contractor of portobet where such participation would create a conflict of interest.
Age Verification
portobet employs rigorous age verification procedures. Upon registration, players are required to submit valid government-issued identification confirming their date of birth. Acceptable documents include a National Identity Card (NID), passport, or birth certificate issued by a competent Bangladeshi authority. Accounts may be restricted from withdrawal activity until age verification is completed to portobet's satisfaction.
If portobet has reasonable grounds to suspect that an account holder is under 18 years of age, the account will be suspended immediately pending investigation. If the investigation confirms the account holder is underage, the account will be permanently closed, all deposited funds will be returned (less any winnings generated, which will be forfeited), and the matter may be referred to the appropriate authorities.

Account Registration & Verification
To access the full range of services on portobet — including deposits, betting, live casino games, and bonus participation — you must complete the registration process and create a verified account. Registration is free of charge.
Registration Requirements
During the registration process, you are required to provide accurate, current, and complete information. This includes, but is not limited to:
- Your full legal name, as it appears on your government-issued identification document.

You are responsible for maintaining the accuracy of all registration information throughout the life of your account. If any information changes — for example, if you obtain a new mobile number or change your email address — you must update your account details promptly. Providing false, misleading, or outdated information is a material breach of this Agreement and may result in account suspension.
One Account Policy
Each individual may register and operate only one active account on portobet. If portobet detects that a single individual holds more than one account — whether under the same name, same payment method, same device, same IP address, or any combination thereof — all accounts belonging to that individual may be suspended. Any winnings generated from accounts deemed to be duplicates may be forfeited at portobet's sole discretion.
Know Your Customer (KYC) Verification
portobet operates a Know Your Customer (KYC) process in line with responsible gaming and anti-money laundering best practices. KYC verification may be requested at any time, including but not limited to: upon first withdrawal request, when cumulative deposits exceed specified thresholds, or when account activity triggers our fraud monitoring systems. Deposit Rules
The minimum deposit on portobet is ৳100. There is no maximum deposit limit for standard accounts, though high-value deposits may trigger enhanced due diligence checks in line with our anti-money laundering obligations. Deposits are credited to your portobet wallet in real time for mobile banking methods. Card deposits may take up to 15 minutes to reflect in your account balance during periods of high traffic.
Withdrawal Rules

Prohibited Transaction Activity
The portobet platform must not be used as a payment processing service or for currency exchange. Depositing funds and withdrawing them without meaningful wagering activity constitutes a breach of this Agreement and may result in account suspension and forfeiture of funds. portobet monitors transaction patterns and will investigate accounts where deposit-to-withdrawal ratios suggest the platform is being used for purposes other than genuine gambling activity.
Currency: All account balances, bets, winnings, and bonus amounts are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (৳). portobet does not accept deposits in foreign currencies. Any currency conversion that occurs at your payment provider's end is outside portobet's control and portobet accepts no liability for exchange rate differences.
Betting & Gaming Rules
The following rules apply to all betting and gaming activity on portobet, including sports betting (cricket, football, kabaddi, and other markets), live casino games (baccarat, roulette, blackjack, and game shows), slots, and specialty games such as Fortune Bingo and Wild Bandito.
Bet Placement & Acceptance
A bet or wager is not confirmed until portobet's system has accepted it and issued a bet reference number. In the event of a system error, technical fault, or communications failure that prevents proper bet recording, portobet reserves the right to void any affected bets. portobet accepts no liability for bets that fail to register due to technical issues beyond our reasonable control, including internet connectivity problems on the player's end.
Minimum and maximum stake amounts vary by market, game, and player account tier. portobet reserves the right to adjust stake limits for individual accounts at its discretion, particularly where betting patterns suggest professional or syndicated wagering activity.
Cricket Betting Specific Rules
Cricket betting markets on portobet cover BPL (Bangladesh Premier League), IPL, T20 World Cup, ICC tournaments, and Bangladesh Tigers international fixtures. The following specific rules apply:
- Match result markets are settled on the official result as declared by the relevant governing body (Bangladesh Cricket Board, ICC, BCCI, or other relevant authority).
- In the event of a match being abandoned, suspended, or cancelled before completion, markets will be settled in accordance with portobet's individual market rules, which may include void settlement or partial settlement based on overs completed.
- In-play betting markets are settled on real-time data feeds. In the event of a discrepancy between the live feed and the official result, the official result takes precedence for settlement purposes.
- Rain delays, pitch inspections, and other interruptions do not automatically void bets — settlement depends on whether the minimum number of overs required under the relevant market rules have been completed.
Casino Game Rules
All casino games available on portobet — including those powered by Evolution Gaming, Pragmatic Play, Pragmatic Play Live, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, and Ezugi — operate according to the individual game rules published by the respective game provider. Players are responsible for familiarising themselves with the rules of each game before wagering. portobet accepts no liability for losses arising from a player's misunderstanding of game rules.

Error & Malfunction Policy
In the event of a software malfunction, game error, or erroneous display of odds, payouts, or game results, portobet reserves the right to void any bets or game rounds affected by the malfunction. "Malfunction voids all pays and plays" is the standard applicable to all casino games on the platform. portobet will make reasonable efforts to notify affected players and restore account balances to their pre-malfunction state where technically possible.
Bonuses & Promotions

General Bonus Terms
- All bonuses must be claimed within the time window specified in the individual promotion terms. Expired offers cannot be retrospectively applied.
- Each promotion specifies a wagering requirement — the total amount that must be wagered before any bonus-derived funds become eligible for withdrawal. Wagering requirements typically range from 10x to 35x the bonus amount, as stated in each offer.
- Only one bonus may be active on an account at any given time unless a promotion explicitly states otherwise.
- Bonus funds are used after real-money funds in the account wallet, unless a specific promotion states a different order of play.
- portobet reserves the right to withdraw any bonus offer, amend bonus terms, or cancel a player's bonus participation if it determines that the player is abusing the bonus system or acting in bad faith.
Bonus Abuse
portobet employs automated and manual monitoring to detect bonus abuse patterns. Actions that constitute bonus abuse include, but are not limited to: creating multiple accounts to claim a welcome bonus more than once; placing opposing bets on the same market using both bonus and real-money funds to guarantee a risk-free outcome; using bonus funds exclusively on low-contribution game types to artificially inflate wagering progress; and coordinating with other players to exploit promotional structures.
Accounts found to be engaged in bonus abuse will have the relevant bonus and any associated winnings forfeited. Repeated or egregious bonus abuse may result in permanent account suspension.

Some promotions may be restricted to players who have not previously claimed a similar offer, or may be limited by account activity thresholds. User Obligations & Prohibited Conduct
By using portobet, you agree to conduct yourself in accordance with the standards set out in this section at all times. Violations of these obligations may result in account suspension, forfeiture of funds, and in serious cases, referral to relevant authorities.
You Agree To:
- Provide accurate and truthful information at all times, including during registration, KYC verification, and any correspondence with the support team.
- Keep your account credentials — including your username, password, and any two-factor authentication codes — strictly confidential and not share them with any third party.
- Notify portobet immediately if you have reason to believe your account has been accessed by an unauthorised person.

Prohibited Activities
The following activities are strictly prohibited on portobet and constitute a material breach of this Agreement:
- Registering more than one account, or assisting any other person to circumvent the one-account policy.
- Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any artificial intelligence tool to interact with games, place bets, or exploit the platform in any way.
- Colluding with other players in multiplayer games or betting markets to gain an unfair advantage.
- Engaging in any form of match-fixing, insider betting, or exploitation of non-public information when placing sports bets.
- Initiating fraudulent chargebacks or payment disputes after placing bets or claiming winnings.
- Using the platform to launder money or process funds derived from illegal activity.
- Attempting to access areas of the platform or user accounts other than your own through any technical means.
- Harassing, threatening, or abusing portobet staff, customer support agents, or other players.
- Reproducing, distributing, or commercially exploiting any content from the portobet website without express written permission.
Intellectual Property
All content on the portobet website — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, game interfaces, software, and database structures — is the proprietary property of portobet or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property law. Nothing in this Agreement grants you any right, title, or interest in any portobet intellectual property beyond the limited licence to use the platform for personal, non-commercial gambling entertainment purposes.
Account Suspension & Closure
portobet reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at its reasonable discretion. Players also have the right to request voluntary account closure at any time, including as part of a responsible gaming self-exclusion process.
portobet-Initiated Suspension or Closure
portobet may suspend or close an account — with or without prior notice — in any of the following circumstances:
- Breach of any provision of this Agreement.
- Failure to complete identity or age verification within the specified timeframe.
- Detection of fraudulent activity, bonus abuse, or collusion.
- Account activity that triggers anti-money laundering obligations requiring enhanced investigation.
- Discovery that the account holder is under 18 years of age.
- Reasonable belief that the account is being operated by a third party rather than the registered account holder.
- Legal obligation or instruction from a competent authority.
In cases of account closure due to breach of this Agreement, portobet reserves the right to withhold or forfeit any account balance, pending withdrawals, or bonus funds associated with the account, subject to applicable law.
Player-Initiated Closure
You may request closure of your portobet account at any time by contacting the support team via live chat or by emailing support@portobet. Requests for account closure are processed within 24 hours. Any real-money balance remaining in your account at the time of closure will be refunded to your verified payment method, subject to the completion of any pending withdrawal requirements and KYC verification.
Self-Exclusion
Players who wish to take a break from gambling for responsible gaming reasons may request a self-exclusion period rather than permanent account closure. Self-exclusion periods are available in durations of 30 days, 90 days, 6 months, 12 months, or permanent exclusion. During a self-exclusion period, your account is locked, all marketing communications are suspended, and access to the platform is blocked. Dormant Accounts
An account is considered dormant if no login activity has been recorded for a continuous period of 12 months. portobet will notify the account holder by email before applying any dormancy administration fee. Dormancy fees, where applicable, will be deducted from the remaining account balance on a monthly basis until the balance reaches zero or the player logs back in and reactivates the account. The dormancy fee schedule is published in the platform's help section and may be updated periodically.
